Now is the Time to Impact the Next Election! Tea Party Meeting Tonight

Concervative, Traditional Values, ProLife, Tea Party

Every election cycle, I receive a barrage of phone calls and emails from voters wanting to know where the candidates stand on the issues. I enjoy these calls because it shows me these citizens care enough to make informed decisions over who they vote for. I think we all agree that we need more informed voters and fewer voters voting based on party, skin color, ethnicity, etc. (I’m sure you remember the exit poll video where Obama voters showed their lack of knowledge of the current political leaders and the video where Obama voters said they voted for him because of his prolife stance and that they liked his choice of Sarah Palin as Vice President.)

If you wish to not only make an informed decision at the ballot box but also impact who wins the next election

1 Day to Victory! Help Conservative Candidates Win!

We are 1 day from victory! Conservative candidates do need your help to win! Several races, including the governor’s race and several proposed constitutional amendments, are neck and neck and will come down to the wire. Your vote will count this year! Midterm elections are won by the side that shows up at the polls. Make sure you show up at the polls so that conservative candidates and judges win, and activist judges get tossed. If you haven’t voted yet, make sure you get out and vote tomorrow! Make sure you take your sample ballot with you. I’ve prepared a sample ballot with my recommendations for federal, state, constitutional, judges, and Saint Lucie County races for your convenience: http://bryanlongworth.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/2010-St-Lucie-County-Sample-Ballot.pdf. If you have candidate or amendment yard signs, take them to the polls before 7 AM tomorrow. (Yard signs need to be 100 feet or more from the door of the polling place.) We also need volunteers to hold signs for candidates and pass out Tea Party Courtesy Cards. (Download a copy of the courtesy card here to pass out to your family, friends, neighbors, etc. here: http://bryanlongworth.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/2010-General-TEA-Party-Courtesy-Card.pdf) If you live in St Lucie County and would like to help, contact me to let me know. If you live in other counties, contact the conservative candidate of your choice and ask to help with their campaign.

Last Weekend to Register People to Vote

ELECTION ALERT: THIS IS THE LAST WEEKEND TO REGISTER VOTERS

Time is running out to register voters for the General Election. To vote in the November 2nd election, a person must be registered by October 4th, and churches can legally register their members to vote and preach on Biblical principles as the apply to government.

With the potential for many Florida races to be decided by only a few votes, YOU can make a difference by organizing a voter registration drive in your church! This is an important election. Will we elect a new Governor and U.S. Senator in Florida who hold pro-life and pro-family convictions–or not?

40 Days to Vote – Endorsement – Campaign Fundraiser

In 40 Days we will vote on candidates and amendments that provide the opportunity to fundamentally change our cities, counties, states, and nation, for the better or for the worse. (We’ve seen plenty of the former type of change lately.) To aid you in your selection of candidates and amendments, we will soon have state Christian Coalition Voter Guides available for all counties and local Christian Coalition voter guides available for St Lucie County. I will also endorse or support local, state, and federal candidates and take positions on the proposed constitutional amendments. Today, I announce my endorsement and a campaign fundraiser for the candidate I endorse in Port St Lucie City Council, District 1.

Don’t Like What’s Happening in Government? Do Something About It!

Are you as tired as I am at seeing liberal candidates whose policies are destroying our cities, counties, states, and nation get elected? Are you tired of seeing your God given rights trampled? Are you tired of seeing good, conservative candidates and the values we hold dear lose? Then, you must turn off the TV, get off of your couch, and join me in campaigning for conservative candidates. I’ll tell you how you can be involved below, but first

Poll: Did Your Church Pass Out Voter Guides?

As we wrap up the primary election and head to the general election, I’d like to take an informal poll. Did your church pass out voter guides for state and federal candidates? If so, which voter guide? Did your church pass out voter guides for local candidates? If so, which voter guide?
